The original receipt or packing slip is required for all exchanges.
Your card is elligible for exchange within 15 days from the day it was purchased (Goldcar Electronic Tech reserves the right to deny any exchange).
- Items that are damaged or abused
- Cards can be exchanged for the identical item (in the case of a factory-defective item) but cannot be returned for a refund.
Exchanges by Mail
To return your online purchase by mail:
- Pack your return in the original shipping package, if possible.
- Include the packing slip and completed exchange label (you will need to contact us to request an exchange label).
- Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories.
- Send your return to: Goldcar Electronic Tech
- For proof of delivery, we recommend that you return items via UPS Cargo.
When you exchange an item, some identifying information may be stored in a secure database used to track exchanges. Based on exchange patterns, some customers will be warned that subsequent exchanges will not be eligible for exchange for 90 days.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Our products are non-refundable.
