Delivery Terms

General Information

Orders placed through www.goldcar.com.tr are shipped within 1 business day at the latest after payment confirmation. Official holidays and weekends are not included in this period.

Delivery Time

The delivery period starts from the date your order is confirmed.
Deliveries within the same city are generally completed within 1–3 business days, while intercity deliveries are completed within 2–7 business days.
You will be informed if any product is out of stock.

Delivery Method

Orders are delivered to the specified address via our contracted shipping company. During delivery, you are required to inspect the package in the presence of the courier officer and request a report in case of any damage or missing items.

Shipping Fees

Shipping is free for orders over [X TL].
For orders below the specified amount, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping fees may vary during promotional periods.

Change of Delivery Address

If you wish to change your delivery address after placing your order, you must contact our customer service before the product is shipped.

Undeliverable Orders

If the recipient is unavailable at the address, the shipping company will redirect the package to the nearest branch office and notify you. Orders that are not collected within the specified period will be returned to our company.

International Delivery

International shipments are subject to the customs regulations of the destination country. Delivery times and shipping fees may vary depending on the country.

Force Majeure

Our company is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, extraordinary circumstances, strikes by shipping companies, etc.
