Right of Withdrawal |
The consumer may exercise their right of withdrawal from the contract within 14 days from the delivery date without providing any justification. The withdrawal notification can be made in writing, via e-mail, or through the online platform. For service contracts, this period begins on the date the contract is established. The consumer must send the product back within 14 days, and the seller must refund the total amount within the same period. |
Return Conditions and Process |
The product to be returned must be sent unused, complete with its original box, all accessories, and the invoice. The return process and conditions are clearly stated on our website. Once the consumer initiates a return request, the necessary instructions will be provided immediately. |
Non-Returnable Products |
In accordance with legal regulations, the right of withdrawal and return is not permitted for the following products: - Products custom-prepared or personalized according to individual requests.- Perishable products or goods with an expiration date. - Hygiene or health products, as well as digital contents, whose packaging has been opened. - Subscriptions, periodicals, accommodation, and similar time-specific seasonal services. |
Undeliverable Products |
If a product becomes unavailable or cannot be procured, the seller will notify the consumer within 3 days of learning about this situation and refund the payment within 14 days. |
Warranty Conditions |
| The warranty terms of the product (e.g., manufacturer's warranty, 2-year repair support) are clearly specified. If there is damage upon delivery, a determination must be made in the presence of the courier officer, and a formal damage report (tutanak) must be drafted. Any deformation or alteration to the originality of the product will be evaluated outside the scope of the warranty. In cases of defective goods, the consumer may exercise their statutory legal rights. |
