Right of Withdrawal

The consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the delivery date without providing any reason. The withdrawal notification may be made in writing, via email, or online. For service purchases, this period starts from the establishment of the contract. The consumer must return the product within 14 days, and the seller must refund the payment within the same period.

Return Conditions and Procedure

The product to be returned must be sent unused and complete with its box, accessories, and invoice. The return process and conditions are clearly stated on our website. Once the consumer initiates a return request, the necessary instructions shall be provided immediately.

Non-Returnable Products

In accordance with legal regulations, the right of withdrawal and return does not apply to the following products:

• Products specially prepared according to the consumer’s requests
• Products with an expiration date or products that may deteriorate quickly
• Opened hygiene/health products and digital content
• Subscriptions, periodicals, accommodation, and similar time-based services

Undeliverable Products

If the product becomes unavailable, the seller shall inform the consumer within 3 days of becoming aware of the situation and refund the payment within 14 days.

Warranty Conditions

The warranty conditions of the product (such as manufacturer warranty or 2-year repair support) are clearly specified. If there is damage during delivery, inspection must be carried out in the presence of the courier officer and a report must be prepared. Deformation of the product or defects affecting originality shall be considered outside the warranty scope. In cases of defective goods, the consumer may exercise their legal rights.
