Membership Agreement

Parties

This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") has been entered into and concluded between Goldcar Elektronik ("SITE" or "Company") and the internet user who becomes a member of www.goldcar.com.tr ("MEMBER"), under the terms and conditions stated below.

Subject and Scope

The subject of this Agreement is to determine the conditions for utilizing the services offered by the SITE and to define the rights and obligations of the parties.

Membership Conditions

To become a member, the user must be at least 18 years old.
The membership application is completed when the registration form on the SITE is filled out completely and the Agreement is approved in the electronic environment.
The SITE reserves the right to reject membership applications that it deems inappropriate.

Rights and Obligations of the Parties

The MEMBER:
- Is obligated to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
- Is solely responsible for the security of their username and password.
- May not use the SITE in a manner that is contrary to the law, public morality, or its intended purpose of use.
THE SITE:
- Reserves the right to change the services, contents, and pricing offered to members without prior notice.
- Cannot be held responsible for service interruptions caused by technical malfunctions that may occur in the system.

Confidentiality and Personal Data

Personal data shared by the MEMBER during the membership process is processed within the scope of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("KVKK").

Usage, retention, and destruction policies are specified in the SITE's Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property Rights

All text, graphics, logos, visuals, and software on the SITE are protected under copyright and trademark legislation. The MEMBER may not reproduce, copy, or use these contents for commercial purposes without authorization.

Termination of the Agreement

The MEMBER may cancel their membership at any time.
In the event that the MEMBER acts in violation of the Agreement or legislation, the SITE may terminate the membership unilaterally.

Dispute Resolution

In disputes that may arise from this Agreement, the courts and enforcement offices of the place where the parties reside shall have jurisdiction.

Enforcement

By checking the box "I have read and accept the Membership Agreement" while registering on the SITE, the MEMBER is deemed to have accepted all the terms and conditions in this Agreement.
