Subject and Scope

The subject of this Agreement is to determine the conditions for benefiting from the services provided by the SITE and to define the rights and obligations of the parties.

Membership Conditions

• To become a member, the user must be at least 18 years old.
• Membership registration is completed by fully filling out the registration form on the SITE and electronically approving this Agreement.
• The SITE reserves the right to reject membership applications at its sole discretion.

• Member:

  • • Is obliged to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
    • Is personally responsible for the security of their username and password.
    • May not use the SITE in any manner contrary to laws, morality, or intended use.

• SİTE:

  • • Reserves the right to modify the services, content, and pricing offered to members without prior notice.
    • Cannot be held responsible for service interruptions caused by technical malfunctions in the system.

Privacy and Personal Data

The personal data shared by the MEMBER during the membership process shall be processed in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”).

Policies regarding the use, storage, and destruction of personal data are specified in the SITE’s Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property Rights

All texts, graphics, logos, visuals, and software on the SITE are protected under copyright and trademark laws. The MEMBER may not reproduce, copy, or use such content for commercial purposes without permission.

Termination of the Agreement

• The MEMBER may cancel their membership at any time.
• The SITE may unilaterally terminate the membership if the MEMBER acts contrary to this Agreement or applicable legislation.

Resolution of Disputes

In disputes arising from this Agreement, the courts and enforcement offices located in the parties’ place of residence shall have jurisdiction.
