Orders placed via www.goldcar.com.tr are handed over to the courier within 1 business day at the latest following payment approval. Official holidays and weekends are not included in this period.

Delivery Time

 The delivery period begins from the date your order is confirmed.

• In-city deliveries are typically completed within 1–3 business days.

• Intercity deliveries are typically completed within 2–7 business days.

• You will be notified regarding any products that are out of stock.

Shipping Method

Orders are delivered to the specified address via our contracted courier services. We kindly request that you inspect the package in the presence of the delivery personnel and, in case of any damage or missing items, ensure a formal report (tutanak) is filed.

Shipping Fees

• For orders below the specified amount, shipping costs belong to the buyer.

Change of Delivery Address

If you wish to change your delivery address after placing an order, you must contact our customer service before the product is dispatched.

Undeliverable Orders

If the recipient is not found at the address, the order will be directed to the nearest branch and you will be notified. Orders not collected within the designated period will be returned to our facility.

International Delivery

International shipments are subject to the customs regulations of the destination country. Delivery times and shipping fees may vary depending on the country.

Our company is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure, such as natural disasters, war, states of emergency, courier strikes, or other extraordinary circumstances.
